Benton Place Parkhomes
The Benton Place Parkhomes at Lakeshore East were designed by Steinberg Architects for the Magellan Development Group to offer luxury suites in one of Chicago’s upscale urban setting. Considered one of the largest developments in the United States, Lakeshore East is in a prominent location adjacent to Lake Michigan, the Chicago River, Millennium Park, and Chicago’s urban center. Our design of the Benton Place Parkhomes is consistent with the Chicago-style vernacular of solid buildings found in the City’s older row-house neighborhoods.
These gracious unitss were inspired by the brownstones of earlier generations and each uniquely designed floor plan combines traditional and modern elements with single and multi-level expansive living space. Spacious, elegant interiors up to 4,000 square foot residences offering two bedrooms plus den, and three, four and five bedroom townhomes include private terraces overlooking the Park at Lakeshore East. Amenities include double height ceilings in living areas, gourmet kitchens, sculptural staircases, and rooftop gardens.
